The factory visit is scheduled around XPENG's available visiting window and must be reserved in advance. Factory access, route and visible production areas can change with operating requirements, so the exact visit is confirmed after booking rather than promised as unrestricted factory access.

Cancellation
- Cancel at least 7 days (168 hours) before the agreed start for a full refund of the 100 RMB booking deposit. Less than 7 days before the start, the deposit is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and confirmation. If we cannot run the confirmed experience, choose a full deposit refund or an available reschedule without a rescheduling fee.
- Separately agreed tickets or supplier services follow their disclosed cancellation terms. For already confirmed bookings, the terms agreed at confirmation continue to apply.
